What sets me apart from other health & fitness coaches?
In my training and coaching experience, I have discovered a hidden secret to achieving radical results in a short period of time. It doesn't start with a food plan or an exercise program. That would be too easy. Radical results and lasting success must start with INSPIRATION - a compelling "WHY" to keep you in the game. Inspiration = Energy! Energy is the catalyst for massive action!
I believe inspiration is something that lives deep inside your heart and soul, or "spirit". In fact, spirit is a the root word of inspiration. This something moves you emotionally, drives you to take action, and causes you to do things you wouldn't normally do. It gives you super human powers and the will to sacrifice your old sabotaging habits. Yes, really! Think about this for a minute. What would your life look like with super human powers? What could you accomplish? What bad habits could you let go of once and for all? Who could you help? Where could you travel? What experiences could you have? Who could you spend more time with? What could you be doing with the people you love? How often could you be doing it?
The seed of inspiration comes from evaluating what is most important to you in life - declaring your core values as a human being. It does not come from what your parents want for you, what the media says you should value, or comparing yourself to what the Jones' have. It does not come from superficial or negative motivation. What I mean by negative motivation is when you want to avoid a bad experience like losing something, experiencing pain, getting disgusted with your unfit body or running away from the consequences of poor health. That's all fine and dandy, but as soon as the fear of pain or loss has subsided (even momentarily) your positive actions will cease. The motivation to pursue the goal will vanish.
Inspiration gives you unlimited power to manifest your vision and move forward consistently towards your true passions. When you are truly inspired you are excited to wake up each day to move one step closer to your goal. And before you even reach your goal, you already have a bigger goal ahead of that one, so you never stop growing and moving forward after you reach the first finish line. Technically, there is no finish line. When you are inspired you are consistently committed to the direction you are headed and you are willing to trade the only life you have to see your goals come to fruition.

I lead you to use that inspiration as fuel for you customized nutrition/fitness/mindset program. Then I support you as you integrate these new habits into your lifestyle to finally get the radical results, and lasting success you've been seeking.

How can I help you express your body as a magnificent work of art?
I've always considered myself equally an artist and an athlete, because I love challenging my body and my mind to break through perceived limitations and invent new creations. I love pushing out of my comfort zone and I challenge everyone around me to do the same. Why not? Quantum Physics tells us, "if we're not growing, we're dying." So, why not choose to be growing?
I have learned that everyone's body is truly a God-created temple to be honored and cared for daily. It is honored by healthy foods, a well-rounded fitness regimen, a powerful mindset, and most importantly, an attitude of gratitude. One of my favorite ways to get in touch with my body and spirit is dancing to a variety of instrumental musical rhythms or beats. Of course, I always love pushing around some iron in the gym.
I also choose to see every body as a one-of-a-kind work of art, especially your body. No two bodies are identical, and each one deserves its own special attention in a customized health program. Now, most of us will need about 80 of the same foods and exercises. However, that last 20% will be unique to each body. When you work with me as your coach, I provide you with the 80% as a foundation, and together we discover your 20% specific needs to reach your optimal health and performance potential.
